Rams Beyond is the last skyscraper of Maslak Area and the first ever steel-concrete hybrid building of Istanbul, engineered by the American company “Thornton Tomasetti” which also engineered the famous twin towers of Malaysia and the world expo Dubai 2020.
Beyond is architecture by Dome + partners company which is also one of the architecture companies of flame towers of Azerbaijan. This is the 41-floor ultra luxury project in the best location of Maslak which is gonna be delivered in the first quarter of 2025. Rams Beyond is a mixed project which contains 35 floors of brand residences managed by the Marriott luxury collection, Four floors of the luxury shopping mall, five floors of the parking lot, two floors of offices and coworking areas, an entrance to a metro station, and other facilities, such as entertainment areas, performance and event hall, art gallery and museum storage and shelter areas. it also includes other social facilities like a gym, sauna, spa, and both open and close pools.

In terms of uniqueness, the project’s architecture is considered “a first in Türkiye.” The building is designed as a “composite building” with high construction technology.
The unique construction quality is what makes the project beyond comparison. As being the first composite building in Türkiye, the core of building is composed of reinforced concrete while the rest of the building is surrounded by steel.
With its amazing structure, the building has 3 independent wings although they are connected to the same core. This construction ensures the building has a flexible structure.
